Tempest Watch

Tempest Watch was one of our early seasonal maps. I was one of two level artist working on the level and took a supportive role so my coworker got to lead more maps. Initially, my contribution was in helping block out areas and explore callout compositions. Additionally, I did some block in material explorations that would be eventually handed off to the material team for a full pass. During that period I was also doing some decal studies for what final look could be. A few weeks into the maps production I was pivoted to helping finalize our ship maps. Near the end of the maps cycle I was able to come back to help polish areas, bug fix, and do final optimization.

Congrats to the team and our partners. We made a really fun space in a period of the project that was racing towards launch with everyone having limited time.
